Hello

I’m Arielle.

I work with adults on anxiety, life transitions, identity, and the quiet pain that’s hard to name. People aren’t problems to solve. The work is simply paying attention to what’s already moving inside you — soft, steady, and honest. A space to exhale.

Registered Clinical Counsellor · Young adults & adults
